The Wasp Factory, named after the first Iain Banks novel originally comprised of:

Ben Connolly – Lead Vocals and Guitar
Scott Wylie- Bass and Backing Vocal
Cliff Traill- Drums and Backing Vocals

Based both in Brighton and Grimsby, the band has been quiet for a while though they still have a Facebook page and a tribute website is operating.
