Born in Bethlehem, PA, Adam Web discovered the guitar and his voice early in his college career. The sounds that emerged were acoustic driven, though not your average folksy singer-songwriter sounds — funk, reggae, hip hop, jazz, and everything in between had Adam’s mind saying, “that sounds right”.
His unique blend of percussive acoustic guitar playing, smooth and clear vocals, and meaningful lyrics has lead to performances at highly acclaimed venues such as The Grape Street Pub (main stage) and World Café Live in Philadelphia. Drawing comparisons to such contemporaries as Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews, and Jason Mraz , Web has found his scene and has proven himself to be an exciting and respected new face in the Philadelphia music circuit.
His career took shape “down under” while studying abroad in Melbourne, Australia where music and lyrics rushed through him unfiltered, spanning topics of love, peace, hope, and heightened awareness. After performing many gigs at local colleges and pubs, Adam returned to the States knowing that music would be his purpose and career. He is currently performing in Philadelphia and surrounding cities, while expanding his fan base up and down the east coast. Adam’s new album “As Seasons Go” out soon. Check his site for details
