Kelbe Schrank

Hi, I’m Kelbe Schrank. I’ve been playing guitar since I was 12 years old. It’s my thing I guess you could say. Seems like everybody’s gotta have their thing. I wrote my first song at about the same time. It was about my childhood. Funny, I was still in my childhood. I didn’t have a lot to write about at that point. Back then I realized that I’d have to do a lot of living before I’d be able to write interesting songs. So…I’ve done quite a bit of living and hopefully it shows in my new material. I like to write straightforward, honest music that doesn’t take a degree in Philosophy to misunderstand. I hope it appeals to all ages and races and creeds. I am hopeful about the future and I hope that it comes through in the music as well. I don’t like to be pidgeon-holed into one category either. I enjoy music from all genres and places as I enjoy people from all different walks of life. I write a lot of my music to encourage myself as well as others. I look forward to a time here on earth where there are no borders, no cause for war or violence, where all mankind respects life as well as the beautiful planet we have to enjoy.

I’m happily married to my beautiful wife, YOUNG, whom I love dearly. I have two beautiful children, Sylvia and Kai.
