Lewis Bootle is another one of those artists we came across performing at the West End Centre in Aldershot, one of the best small venues in the UK for music, comedy and the arts.
 
 
Biography

Winner of Best Unsigned Male 2015, Lewis Bootle is a young singer/storytelling musician from Ware, Hertfordshire. Taking influences from a wide range of artists including Bob Dylan, Jack Johnson and Jamie T, he twines lyricism with guitar and vocal melodies for his blend of musical storytelling.

His first release ‘Do What I Need’ was Track of the Week on BBC Introducing, featured on Tom Robinson’s BBC 6 Mixtape and has been getting airplay on radio stations across the UK.

Currently gigging relentlessly around the South of the UK with his catchy brand of urban folk music, Lewis is fast becoming a crowd favourite, even being championed by the great Frank Turner.

Lewis’s debut EP, ‘Friction in the Funds’ reached the top 10 in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart.

In December 2017, Lewis released his EP , Routes, to great acclaim.This was followed in April 2018 with “Flowers”

In August 2018 Lewis collaborated with Gecko to release “City In The Sun” to great reviews!

Lewis has released a new single (March 2021) under the name adorableDEMONZ.

September 2022 sees a new single ‘The Current’ from Lewis. It has been chosen as the October Top Track on AOLMRadio.
August 2023 sees the release of Young Forever, a song of loss and grief. Top stuff from Lewis!
